Cole worked his way towards many accolades at Iowa, including First Team All-Big Ten and Second Team All-American. Unfortunately that was not enough to get him drafted but was signed as a free agent by the Minnesota Vikings. He made his debut with the Green Bay Packers in 2004 and played his way into a starting role before he left as a Free Agent in 2009 and headed West to the Seattle Seahawks. He is listed as the starting Right Defensive Tackle and has recorded 45 tackles through Week 16 while battling injury.
