While at Iowa, Chad Greenway teamed up with Abdul Hodge to form one of, if not the best linebacker duo ever to play for the Hawkeyes. He was a 2x First Team All-Big Ten and a 2nd Team All-American while at Iowa. Greenway was selected as the 17th pick overall in the 2006 NFL draft by the Minnesota Vikings. Unfortunately he tore his ACL in his first ever preseason game and missed his entire rookie season. He came back strong the next year and Chad finished the 2008 season with an impressive 5.5 sacks while leading the team in tackles with 115. Currently, Chad continues to flourish as the starting weak side linebacker and has already recorded 86 tackles, a forced fumble and 2 interceptions through Week 15 in 2009.
